Care & Use
- Aluminum conducts and holds heat better than traditional stainless steel cookware, so we recommend low to medium heat when cooking
- The Always Pan and Perfect Pot are oven safe up to 450°F with or without the lid — no broilers please. Be careful and use oven mitts or Hot Grips when handling
- Always use high smoke point oils and avoid aerosol spray oils
- Do not use metal utensils
- Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe
- Do not fully soak or submerge your pan or pot in water
- Make sure your cookware is completely dry before cooking again
- Avoid using scours and abrasive cleaning agents
- Use low-medium heat to preserve the nonstick coating — never heat an empty pan or pot
- Use caution! Short and long handles and knobs may become hot during stovetop use or in the oven. Always use heat protection when handling hot cookware.
