Care & Use

Cooking

• Low to medium heat works best since the aluminum body warms up fast and spreads heat evenly.
• Do not heat the pan while empty. Pair the coating with oils that can handle higher heat like olive, avocado, or grapeseed.
• All pieces can go in the oven up to 450°F which helps when finishing dishes or keeping food warm.
• Skip aerosol sprays since they can mess with the coating.
• Handles and lids can get hot during cooking or baking, so heat protection should always be used.
• Wooden or silicone tools are the safest choice for keeping the ceramic coating smooth.

Cleaning

• Hand washing only. These are not meant for the dishwasher.
• Avoid soaking or submerging the whole pan or pot.
• No heavy scrubbing needed thanks to the easy release surface.
• Let everything cool down fully before washing and dry it well before the next use.

Storage

• When stacking, place padding between each piece to keep the surfaces in good shape.
• Keep everything stored in a dry spot to avoid moisture issues.
