Details: Our white oak tissue box cover is handmade in the USA. We buy all our lumber in small batches. To ensure top quality, we prep and mill all the lumber ourselves. The oak tissue box cover has several thought-out design features. The top opening oval is rounded off, making grabbing a tissue a breeze. The top also features beveled edges showing off that the cover is made from solid wood (not veneer). The rift-cut oak has a linear grain pattern, which we matched so it continuously wraps horizontally around the box. The finish is a hand-rubbed satin lacquer. The satin lacquer works beautifully with the open grain of the oak. The item feels silky smooth but still has natural ridges that add to the texture and feel of the box. The cover fits all standard-size tissue boxes (Kleenex and other major brands). The internal dimensions are 4.5" x 4.5" x 5.25", and the external dimensions are 5.25" x 5.25" x 5.75".
