Care & Cleaning

1. HAND WASH ONLY: Hand wash your butcher blocks immediately after use with warm, soapy water. Do not submerge your boards or place them in the dishwasher.
2. DRY STANDING: Always stand your boards upright or lean them against a wall while drying to ensure proper airflow and avoid warping and cracking.
3. OIL REGULARLY: Use a food- and wood-safe oil to extend the longevity of your board. Apply with a clean cloth before first use and then once a month thereafter.
