It follows the 4 keys formula that Breville uses across its machines, focusing on dose, temperature control, pressure, and milk texture. The ThermoJet system reaches the right extraction temperature in about 3 seconds, and the machine supports both single and dual wall filters. A low pressure pre infusion moves into a 9 bar extraction, and the interface keeps things straightforward with shot buttons, steam, and hot water options. It pairs well with the Bambino Plus if you want an automatic steam wand instead of manual steaming.
