Care & Use

  • Heat safe up to 1000°F
    • GOLD: Heat safe up to 750°F
  • Dishwasher safe
  • Safe for use with metal utensils
  • Coat the interior with high smoke point oil to activate the nonstick
  • Interior is safe for use with abrasive sponges like steel wool
  • Wash exterior with a soft sponge to avoid scratches
  • To deep clean, deglaze with boiling water and a tablespoon of baking soda on the stovetop. Or, make a paste of baking soda and vinegar and scrub the interior
  • Stainless steel long handle and knob designed to stay cool on the stovetop
    • Use caution! The helper handle gets hot. The long handle and lid knob also get hot with prolonged stovetop use and when in the oven. Make sure to use mitts (or our Hot Grips) when handling hot cookware.
